Just wait a little. The ribbons are manually distributed so give them a day or two. right now it's only 7AM their time. If you completed all requirements, for sure you will get the ribbon.

Don't worry, the Ribbon has not been distributed yet. As long as you received the 10 Noble crates, then you will get the Ribbon soon.

And we are also likely to have an official announcement here about the distribution being successfully done, so we just have to wait for it.
