Unfortunately, if you missed a day you can not get the ribbon anymore.But, you can still get the 5k ep, which is a great deal.

Tracker take a while to update.I won more than 5 times in TDM snipers only but only got 3 in my progress ?

Man I am so hoping for that deagle, last time they had anniversary crates I didn't win >:\

Also gonna get some of those razer crates hoping for razer weapons to match my mouse pad and gamin mouse,
And this event is actually pretty sweet having alot of fun with it, I'm not the greatest with a snipe but really good practise hope to see y'all out on the battlefield

No, you only can finish the task that is currently available which is 5 spy mode sniper only wins for today (ends in 2 hours from now) and tomorrow's task which is 5 bombing mode sniper only wins(starts in 2 hours). Total 10k EP, 5k for each task.
