or they will ask you for a ss that prove u did did the kills/games of the quest, I'd suggest you give it a time , sometimes, they come up with a good news after a long silence.

If they have not given any missing EP already then they are still investigating and more likely any missing EP will be distributed at next maintenance as they usually do in cases like these hopefully.
