I made +10 kills at first and got nothing so I played 1 more games, got +20 kills in total and received the EP almost immediately

Well the event stated to get 10 kills, plus I don't want to have to play with hackers anymore than I have to complete the event.:(

Thats odd. I don't think I got 20, I'm not that good xd.. Maybe 11-15 hardly in 3-4 games lol.
Well, at least you got it. I hope others do the same if they haven't done so already.

I was lucky and finished it within twos games. It started very bad at around 5PM real server time with 400hp flying zombies laggers (that i doubt is only "lag" like they say), impossible to headshot one or to kill one in the conventionnal way. Sometimes they just appear in front of me near the respawn ... it was very trash. The P90 wild saved me from this ranked zombie mode, i've always it in a bag now for trash games that Z8 appear to have the secret now.

On other side i was very happy to spin 20 crates and i won a awm ultimate gold. A little light in this shadow, even if i aimed the karambit initially.

i completed both ranked and mutant event but i got only 28k EP. 12k is not credited at all. i have screenshots for completing games.can you people look into this matter.

I think I got the 2k + 10k with 10 kills. I didn't check the tracker I just checked if I got the EP after I did 10 kills but it does look like I have 18 out of 20 kills on the tracker now. Since someone said they got the EP right after I figured that was a better way to check. It's not from the Mutant Mode since I missed some games the first day with that one so didn't get extra 10k with that one.

I did 30-40 kills and still missing 10k EP, tracker says everything is completed.

I happened to just do 10, and got both the 2K and 10K EP pretty much instantly.

If it's all completed, and you really don't want to miss out on those 10K EP, do give the Support a try.

I disagree, it was not worst event, as the intention was to revive the mode, to allow people to find ranked rooms before season ends. It did it's job and it was simple event, even if you was not after reviving your de-ranked rank as it gave up to 20,000 EP for simple tasks without winning games. Regardless of hackers or not, this has helped many players get their wanted rank level back or simply gain decent amount of EP.

If you are missing Ep please submit a ticket.
If you do so the GM's can double check and make sure that everyone is getting the exact amount of ep they are missing.

I'm pretty sure you know by now, we've sent countless tickets and they just get closed...

Eventually if they can't figure out the problem, they'll just say we didn't complete the event lol
