I lost my honorable ribbon 3 times and that due to their server errors not mine.Lol
  • You can not do anything because he forbade you.
  • ALSO since support center investigate when a player ask why he get banned - i think is fair to give him a little more details, like the exact reason and time/date when he broke the TOU the way he deserve to be banned...

P.S. A banned player should get by default an email with exact reason and time/date when he broke TOU that conclude to a permanent account block - after that i think support center will get less request to reinvestigate banned players

This is true and should be "normal" but...some months ago a GM responded to this matter and said that the reason why the player isnt told why he was banned is that so he doesnt know which thing (out of those that he may have did) or which (type of) program caused his account to be banned because if he knew then the next time (new account) he wouldnt do that again or he wouldnt use the same program again. It was something between this lines....I still think they should be told what they did wrong because if a guy cheated in January and was banned in June for example, wont have anything to stop him in making a new account and repeat the process with the same type of program or wahtever because it took alot of time to be banned and he wont exactly bother to change the method of cheating even if he were let known what he did wrong.

It stills blows my mind why don't they use IP ban for some of these hackers that are caught red handed. This would solve so many cases. But I still think the person should be given details, because if they don't do that IMO its seems half-assed and childish. You are banned because reasons and thats the bottom line. I understand how it works but if happens to you, you would feel helpless because there is no other way around it except using the tickets.
