Yes, but the tracker counts even the games you lose. So, if you do this and don't get the ribbon, you should blame yourself. No one else. Because you knew.
Its not hard to count to 8. and you can always use the quit button in game to check what you did today. -

They will get the ribbon though. If they get the crate, they have 100% definitely done the task. They are saying that they don't even use the tracker, they just keep playing until the crate appears. That way you don't have to wait for the tracker to update OR worry about keeping track. You can just check your storage, and if it's not there (After changing server), then you need to keep going. -

Yes, but GGamer made a valid point. Yesterday (and maybe today), there was a bug that the tracker counted ALL games, not just the games you won. Therefore, you win 8, you get crate, you lose 8, you get crate.
If you based it only on crate, then you may not have met the ribbon requirement that you win 8 games. If they end up missing out on the ribbon because of this, then yeah, they have no one to blame but themselves for not counting how many wins they had. -
^I forgot to add, there seems to be an assumption made that getting.the crate = qualify for the ribbon. Crate rewards have been given out in error in the past, it's nothing new. Doesn't confirm anything. Getting crates when you only completed, but did not win 8 games does not equal 8 games won (the actual requirement for the ribbon). A GM or mod is free to correct me if I'm wrong. For sure I'd like to know of that is the case!

Ahhh I always assumed that getting the crate meant that you 100% definitely finished the event, since it was the reward. Yeah we need some clarification

It is very important for Wins on TDM, S&D, GM, EM. Even if the tracker tracked loss as well as wins. Later when Ribbon is given out manually you will have an issue if you didn't do the wins. Regardless if you received the crates or not. So stick to the requirements if you want to see the ribbon

Unfortunately no, you have to do the 8. You can still get some crates though. Good luck. ^^If I complete 7 days cuz I hadn't finished it yet on 8th, do I still have a chance to get ribbon? -

seems the tracker is down? right? the 2 days out of 10 is good going, but the wins are down? or its only me? mine still bugged as wins of yesterday, and i only play 1 sd eagle eye today, and it was lost game already
well i just remember something, if its really wins that system needed, and the tracker did trick us, and it says its wins, while its not wins, and its 8 games, so if thats correct, then i didnt do 8 wins yesterday, i think? still not sure, i did do alot games and some loses to but didnt check wellYes, it still counts all games, and not wins only.
