Scar Light Black is no longer considered rare
Actually only 5 ppl own it Permanently and tbh that brings up a good question... does an item have to be permanent to be rare?
we can have rare temp items
but no worries im still happy there is only 5 permanent versions of my weapon as well as my character

Yours is permanent because of a bug, as far as I remember. Mine is temporary, but it won't run out. -
M4 spring is the rarest gun in the game. Not even 50 active users who have it.
It was on the same level as a noble beast M4A1 back in the day lol today too I guess
Wrong, 1 or 2 years ago, there was an event where you could score 5 m4 spring crates.
Seen a lot of midos running around with it, days after that.
Also, I got m4 red dragon with a max of 10 owners, so no

Something that noone can ever have a chance of owning.. Seems like most rare guns get eventually put into a crate cause z8 loves that $$$.. But what cant be bought? A single character IGN. Only 36 people could have it to begin with, and that number dwindles when you count who's still active. From my friends list I only know of two or three single character IGNs that play this game.
tldr; all guns will eventually be put into a crate but rare IGNs can't be purchased -

If so its permanent cause mine is just like yours.
But if you don't mind me asking how were you able to enter that event if its only available in the U.S?
Plus I was told by a GM "that's just how that gun works"

My Scar Light Black currently shows 600 days. So I guess I'm still having it for a while. -
Look at the original post. That was from the time where only I had the gun before it was released to the public xD
Hence it's not rare now. By that point of view every gun in BM that was rare for a limited amount of time when it was released, for the first 2 or 3 people who won it, before more people started winning it, then it didn't remain rare. -

As the player base becomes younger and the older players retire some vaulted guns become rarer. People still own them but they don't come out to play anymore.
There are a few guns in my collection I have not seen playef with in a long time. People may simply not like them but it makes guns seem rare to me. -

i agree but the fact that ppl own them should make it less rare...
its like a coin collection. If 500 ppl own a super rare coin and only 200 show case it...
it doesn't make it rarer... there is still another 300 that is prob gonna be in a box in an attic.
Unless 300 were destroyed, only then does the rarity go up. -

So that the top weapon on that list gets put in Black market even as temp (Scar light black)(not like it was ever perm except through endless temp) and repeat the process untill the rarest weapon will be something owned by 1000+ players. Theres no more "Permanent Weapons that are currently owned by 1 person only" anymore except for that Wide nade which must of been a pick in a "pick any gun you want thingy or w/e" althought I dont remember anyone picking it and also that nade was NEVER permanent. -

It would be cool to see a list of top rare weapons. But i'll agree with Turtle there and say it doesn't need to be updated every month as many of the 'rare' weapons likely won't change each month unless a special sale happens that re-releases those super rare weapons or if a new weapon gets introduced but only achievable through a special tourny or event with few winners. Seasonal might be a better option. Every 3 months, with additions of right before special sales and/or after special sales. (special sales being Black Friday/Christmas/Boxing/whatever other big sales we might end up having)
I'd like to think I own rare weapons...but the truth is I own stuff that every other person has won...probably the rarest thing I own at this point is my Valentine's grenade...with any luck it'll stay under 20* people by the time the Sweet 17 and 16 crates disappear with the update and people won't have many chances to get them outside of the special sales. (*basing this number off of how many people it says own the collection)

Yours is the "endless temp" thingy I mentioned in my post. Was supposed to be temp but the counter is stuck so it became permanent. -
