How much time does it take for the crates to arrive?
Should arrive as soon as you completed the task, change servers and should be in BM. Some have said took longer but in my case 100℅ of the time, I get crates as soon as I change servers. Try few games and change servers again and check BM. -

I complete the mission and i got nothing...
You either didn't complete the task "Fever Mondays: Max out the Fever Bar" which means needs to Full not just beginning of 3 Max level. Or you received the crates and got confused which crates was for which day, if you save crates
If you did the task and still convinced you didn't get it, then submit a ticket and support team can look into your CF logs and they will know if you received crates or not. Link is below Support.

Oops...I think I did not do that. Assumed you could pick any of the 3
If you did or did not, not all hope is lost. You can continue the next day with a new task and remember that for next week ZM week :P. Good thing, a missed day does not mean it's all over. -

That was exactly my problem with the GroundHog Event ^_^ not too sad though. -
Please keep in mind that you must at least be a Sergeant 1 Rank to receive the rewards.
For Monday's "Max out the Fever Bar" mission, Play Time counts, NOT sitting in the lobby (which most of you who sent in tickets did).

Interesting little rule, should be stated in the OP of all events if that applies, and any other unknown rules that might creep up later. Although this rule won't affect hardly any one but still good to note down OP of future events, for new players. -

I see the problem now, why you didn't get crates. Yesterday was Tuesday Zombie day, each week until the event ends. Tuesday's will always be Zombie day task. Wednesday tlwhich is today, is Escape mode day 5 games and next week Wednesday, will still be Escape day. You mistaken Daily Missions with this event. So because you did S&D on Tuesday which was Zombie day task. Play these modes, ZM, ZM1,ZM2. You will not get any crates as you didn't complete the right task. The task for this event are below and all you need to do is look what day it is and you will see what task needs to be done on that day for those 2 crates.
Here are the missions to complete:
Fever Mondays: Max out the Fever Bar
Zombie Tuesdays: Complete 3 Zombie Mode games (ZM1 + ZM2 + ZM3)
Runaway Wednesdays: Complete 5 Escape Mode Games
Swarm Thursdays: Complete 5 of any Mutation Mode games
Prime Time Fridays: Play for 30 minutes
Spooky Saturdays: Complete 5 Shadow or Ghost Mode games
Showdown Sundays: Complete 5 Elimination Mode or FFA games

For the next day Monday, i received my 2 crates right away, i was shocked? the f3 was full ya, but its still the f3 of the Sunday, ya the day before the Monday, i was like wow
Ya i enter CF in ex monday in the early morning right before i go to my work, so i was kinda happy about these 2, but thats not fair for sure to get the free crates for free just for log in, u guys need to fix this as well
