If you do what is written in this event topic then you'll get your crates. This is NOT referencing the Daily Mission reward system ingame. (though with any luck they'll line up together sometimes) So in other words...today play for 30 minutes. get 2 crates. tomorrow complete 5 shadow or Ghost games and get crates. Sunday play EM or FFA games and get crates. Simple and easy. -

If you re-log into the game and you don't have a couple of crates that fit the list, then you didn't finish 30 minutes yet.
An easy way to hit 30 minutes though is to play 2 ZM games from start to finish. If you do that you'll more than likely have played 30 minutes and will just need to re-log. -

I have a suggestion if you can still make a quick edit to the banner...
Lots of people are mistaking doing the Daily Mission (the in-game reward system that nets you 500 GP/5000 EXP and a Dog tag letter) as what needs to be done for this event as the Infographic/Banner says '....players who complete the daily mission...' but the Banner is actually referring to the tasks you listed below the banner. For many people who just see the banner show up on Facebook or don't read the entire forum announcement they might be missing the objective because of this mistake.
So the suggestion...change the text in the banner from saying 'Daily Mission' to saying something like 'Daily Task' or 'Daily Event'
Just also noticed it's in the Announcement forum text as well...change it there as well if you don't mind/can.
quite a few people have posted this confusion in the forum topic already and i've dealt with a few in game as well. -
