Feedback on Reports

Don't even bother reporting, it's so slow that the option is rendered useless. Besides, they make up their own rules these days. You're likely to get banned for something nonexistent to the rules.

And yet we're told that the hackers get banned. We ARE the players, we play the game almost every day and see the same hackers over and over again. It seems like they really ignore the reports. I really hope they improve on the Hack Reports, if they improved on other things, they can improve on this too.

As others have said, all you can really do is continue reporting, and hope that either the system changes or the GMs find a better way of banning the hackers.
Many people have been banned, others havn't. Time is on our side in this case.

At this point I really just want to spam the support till I get banned. This is just too ****ing stupid that the same hackers are still around from months ago. We tell them they'll get banned and months later they laugh at our faces still around hacking. Get new GMs that at least care about hackers.

I dont get how speed hackers are still running around in Ranked. I mean that must be the most obvious hack and easiest to detect? Why does it take such time to ban a players.. is the process that long?

The reason it takes so long is because the reports get ignored. I told the support that I had reports that were there for months and they asked me to re-send them. What does that mean? For me it means that they skipped through them and are now asking me to re-send so that they can ignore it for the second time.

If the reports were not checked, they should be there yet, but nope, they're gone... It annoys me so much...

I would happily volunteer to watch the reports and judge them if they would let me.
