Ribbon undelivered, and support did not resolve the issue.
On 01/18 my friend decided to give me a gift for me to win the "ZP for all" ribbon, so far so good.
I created an account to send zp to this account, I did the whole procedure right, but due to an error in the system (because have a special caractere on nick-name '?')
Zp fell into another account ... I sent a ticket To the support and soon delivered ZP the correct account, but I did not receive the ribbon.
I sent 2 tickets to the support and got the same "mechanical" response, wait 48 hours if you do not receive the ribbon and send it back again. i sent 2 times and did not resolve it.
I ask you to solve it please, since I need this one to complete 40 and receive "field shovel red dragon". I await solutions!
