How to beat axe with knife?

I always have trouble fighting someone who uses an axe with a knife. The range of it is raging. Anyone have any tips on how to handle beating axe with knife?

You have to out maneuver them. You make to make them swing then rush them and right click them before they can recover from their swing. It takes some practice.

Try and time it right. When they're coming at you, take a step back to take aim, and stab them in the head. A head-shot stab kills in one hit, so if you land this hit you should be fine.

This, just get your right timing.

And usually you can just crouch or whatever.

Try doing circles around ur enemy. Usually makes him panic and u can kill him easy :P

if you know how to "dance" then use it
it works perfect..
keep dancing till the enemy try to stab you, when he's ready to stab you..
stop the dancing and move ur ass back and STAAAAAB his head

*NOTE: DONT MISS THE HEAD, U'RE DEAD! (but if u miss and u stab his body, then slash his ass to die)

Not much you can do if the axe is a professional player. However, if the axe happens to be not very good, go side to side, and wait for them to make their move, then make yours.

if its a professional axer, then you only have a slim chance in beating them as they sink every headshot. if its a newb using one, wait for them to move up and attack first. Make sure you move back a couple steps to dodge it, and moving up afterwards to stab or slash him. if you can't stab, then use slash(aim at the head as much as possible!). All of this happens very quickly, so you will need some practice.

i'm just kidding, try to slash the head, not crazy slash like holding left button,
slash the head wisely and wait for the perfect moment don't rush to them, or they'll just swing at you and kill you.

Come at them from behind or the sides. Coming at them head on is a big mistake, because of the one-hit KO with the slash, which is incredibly fast.

How do you beat someone with an axe using a knife?

Very carefully.

See here, the first step is to.. run like crazy, in and around the person giving them no space to move around in. Then more importantly, hold down left click.

I roll people who use knife all day every day. The only rare moments that I should happen to lose against a knife to my axe is when there random. Move randomly, do the unexpected and you'll prolly be killing me in a game. People 360, sometimes they'll let me dance around and then randomly jump and knife me in the head. Or they just move.. and move.. and eventually I'll get fed up with dancing and rush and they'll be ready to side step and counter. Or you could be like most people and crouch and slash like crazy and hope I don't have fast reflexes and step back and slash you in the face. Which most do, so I wouldn't try that method. Best bet is to find someone who's really good with knife and just 1 on 1 them or watch them and learn. I can't really think of an all knife clan besides 300 kittens at the moment. And as much as I hate how some troll alot, there actually quite good. So try to join them? Idk good luck tho

You have to wait till the other do the first attack after that move a bit backwards than slash on the head.. so he gonna die soon..

I usually crouch jump to their right, and stab them in the face. I have a bad time handling kukri or shovel users though

So hard to kill them.

just do it like " **Altair** " , use ur Kukri and Slash him down.
+ u get profit of havin a ZP Gun
+ u got long range, and raging Axe users
+ idk ! it's just a joke.

otherwise use ur knife and slash/stab like a Noobish Arab or Turk with 180 ping in Uk Server's for havin Luck to Kill some...
( it doesn't mean u are now a Arab/Turk/Whatever )

Performs circles around your enemy, this will blur his screen a bit. Also make sure you jump before you land a stab. Jumping before, ensures the axe left-click doesn't slam on your head.
