Let's celebrate ! How about some great events ? :)
    .
You'd be surprised how often I look at the suggestion forum when trying to come up with an event idea to pitch to the team. If you have any event ideas, I'd love to see them over there :) Who knows, maybe one of yours will happen!

    Nice. ;)...

But implementing some suggestions, fixing problems in the game or having an actual usefull and competent support is to much to ask for....

    Exactly, lol.

    _________

It's really overwhelming/surprising to see how much success the CF franchise has been achieving lately, but.. IMO, it doesn't really feel like a billion dollar company when we are tirelessly seeing countless issues, still unresolved. Never-the-less, this game should last another few years at the very least, as long as it keeps profiting these DEV's, of course (despite CF2 releasing).

The least these DEV's should do is listen to each CF versions Barracks/Suggestions section, more.. since we are who drive them to success in the first place, hence why they should show more respect/awareness to us and our smart/popular Forum notions.

Whatever it may be, set a ribbon for the reward. Maybe the 2016 Olympic ribbon? Yeah, that's a good one... I even voted Team Canada, you can't say no to this.

By the way ,for every source you find that CF is at top 3 I can find you one thousand sources that don't rate this game even at top 100
Like seriously Counter-strike/World of tanks/Call of duty are famous games all over the world, and who heard about CF?Egyptians?

nah the number of gamers in China is beyond your imagination, there are many many players play LOL, CSGO and Overwatch nowadays. The number of players active on Steam are rising exponentially.
  • Over 1 billion revenue each year for 3 consecutive years, yet instead of improving the game, SG dumps all their money for development of other unsuccessfull projects/games. This company lacks of vision. CF would easily run for another good 10 years, if they had invested more time and money.
  • Yeah, this version only contributes a minuscule amount of that figure.
  • CFNA is prolly just 1% of that. Anyway, people are starting to realize that this game is nothing but a money grabbing machine. I mean, look it... All that money and cannot fix simple bugs and get rid of hackers, but add ZP ugly skins every 2-3 weeks. Moved on to better games, best thing I did.

I'm not surprised at all :) Here's an idea : a tool to create events would be cool. It would be easier to create events and players will be guaranteed to get their prizes.

For instance, I'm working on an eventtournament with different challenges. Alot of ZP to be won, I still need to figure out how to give prizes (items). I'd like to use the Redeem system... I'm trying with different GM and Z8 Staff, but it's not going anywhere for now ^^

CrossFire 2 is under development, they do invest time and money.

Not in this game version, they don't (they barely do, only on redundant: VVIPS/Skins/Character Items/Modes).. now we will most likely have to start all over again, if we'd like to continue with the CF franchise (if we play CF2, when it releases), which is a real bummer.. instead of them DEV's having had invested towards system/engine renovations, for this game to last another several years and keep most players satisfied without compromising our current hard-worked accounts.

I personally won't play their CF2 game, i'm so done.. unless they can compensate heavily to us several year loyal players (which I doubt so much).

If they ever did a database transfer between the two games, it would be very limited in content since they would only transfer items which is already in CF2. Reports have been coming in that suggest that CF2 could start closed beta at the end of 2017 (No official date has been released as of yet). However, we can start to expect some cool things such as images from CF2 soon as they have been working on it since 2013, that's if my memory serves me right.

I also don't want to start over in CF2 however, it could be possible that they run both games at the same time as long as both make profit, it's a win-win for Smilegate.

    Same here.

CrossFire won't be eternal, keep this in mind :(

However when the game finishes, I want to see it being destroyed, just like PlanetSide developpers did for their game (apocalypse)

    That's cool :)

Crossfire 2 is a different game, I would prefer seeing them investing more of their profit here. CF is the game that gave them such revenues in the first place anyways. And I think I read somewhere that they sold thr CF2 rights to an other company so they probably aren't investing any money on CF2.

I will give CF2 a try, but if they use the same servers and I still die behind walls, I'm out!
