oh thanks for this answer? hmmm cause of the summer time that add 1 hour or something, it should be +4 right? but i guess the summer time or what ever its +1 so total is 5, thanks again

Yep, you are correct, it changes (we call this "daylight saving time") but it usually occurs in spring, not summer. You actually got me curious on the exact date so I looked it up: March 13, 2017 is when USA/Canada changes to GMT-4.

we here where i live did stop using the +1 hour already, we try use it few time that we change the time and add 1 hour, then we stop the add and keep the time the same as before, i even dont understand whats the meaning of adding 1 hour and then later remove the hour lel, its like +1 then -1 so its like u done nothing lel
