200% Exp And GP Guaranteed! Duration all day!

400% EXP and GP not Guaranteed unless you manage to finish the game during the above times. Basically you have 10 minutes to end the game before 400% ends during the specified times above until the next time round. Each City is allocated 10 minutes of 400% EXP and GP. Good Luck! Ending Game!. I may catch 200% EXP and GP during the day, which runs mostly all day. Nights are for celebrations

If you mean only the cities that play crossfire are listed? Then the answer is no, many more cities that play crossfire NA and not including in the list for whatever reason. However all players can take advantage of 400% any of those specified times regardless if your cities is including or not and each time is in sync with those cities but still on ET Toronto Game time.

ET (Eastern Time) is currently GMT-5. So add 5 hours to get GMT time. I do think it makes sense to show GMT time as well since CF has such a wide variety of players from different time zones. Until then, you'll just have to keep in mind ET is GMT-5 (at least for now/before it to GMT-4).
