This can only be solved by sending in a support ticket. Nobody on the forum can help you. They'll all point you in the same direction I just did.

Did you word it right? and it has to be submitted via LT or Clan member account and do not mention anything about leader account ban etc Just simple ticket on the other account Requesting to transfer leader to an LT of that clan, as the leader has been inactive for over 90 days etc.

*****In an event of more than one LT, then Leadership will be passed to the highest Ranking LT member.*****

**Note** Leader can not be transferred to desired member or desired LT ****Highest Rank LT automatically will be selected

*****If the Leader has been inactive for 60 days then GM will send message to the Leader who has 7 days to respond****

***Banned leader can not request this transfer**** Member or LT must request it

You can submit a ticket from the clan leader or lieutenant account, asking for clan leadership transfer due to the leader account being permanently blocked.
