strange lag ..!!

hi everyone . i have strange lag ..
my ping always 70
but in night arrive to 400 .... steel for 3 hour i dont know why ?>>
no wireless .. no downloading ...no updating

it's everyday from 3 weeks ago
my friends in same country 2 or 3 have same problem .. but the other no problem for them ... i am gonna crazy for that lag ...
pls if anyone have idea about that .. help me

Maybe soneone steal your wireless if your router support wifi
Or router needs change, what about ping on run?
Open run > ping www.yahoo.com -t and take a photo of it

My 13 ping has been a constant 50 for a month and my internet pages load really fast. streaming videos etc. Pretty sure my internet is okay but don't know why it won't go back down to 13. (Ottawa Ontario)

Anyways someone might be stealing your internet if your using wifi with keyless entry, or that someone else in your household is downloading something which you aren't aware of. ^.^ If your 100% sure it's not your problem you can contact your internet provider.

maybe there's an increase of internet traffic during this time, or someone is using your internet secretly at this time

Happening to me to

. in west its suppose to b 50 but i get like 90! in echo 8 im supppose to get 60-70 i get 80 ish now -.-

my friend the test ping in yahoo.com is 174 . 250 . 218 . 170 . 232 and steel like that ..
my ping is 62 always ..

yesterday is the same in yahoo but ping 400 .... something wrong with no wireless ...i disable the wireless ...sorry i cant attach pic 4 clear more ......

note : test ping in my brother laptop is 90 . 95 . 100 . 90 . 85 . 90 ..
it's diff than my pc ... and i test it in same time
