My Main Account has been closed for chargeback

Hi GM,
Please don't close my thread without reply, i know you will say no one will help you here but please explain me something before closed because support didn't helped me with much info .
You GM and you can check account why that happened .
My Account IGN is : [P]ro*salyer it's my main account and lots of players know me in-game and now he has been closed for chargeback but i don't do anything to get this ban , didn't charge with fake visa or fake info to deserve this ban , can you go to my account and explain to me how i got this ban ?
i just got zp from free zp offers not from paid offers with fake info or fake visa card or anything like that , just free offers from superrewards company , if something wrong with free offers why didn't ban me from this company not my account ?
please go check and explain to me how i got this ban because i got tired with support , they always say to me charge back and don't explain what happened with my account ? how can i pay my money without any reason ? i just sent 3 message to see what's wrong with my account and why charge back, and now in support they keep telling me go charge back and this last message told me to pay that without explain :

I Didn't use fake visa card or charge with money in Paid surveys , i just got zp with free zp offers and [GM]Kanadian confirm that at my previous topic ( I can guarantee personally that nobody was ever banned for free zp offers )

please unban my account it's 6 years account , My best account , i paid in it and do lots of events not replacable again and it's have 54 ribbon :( . if no help i will leave crossfire forever and i will retired the game because i can't charge 230 $ in a single cash , it will take from me 6 months work salary.
