How do you
DOS someone only knowing their IP?
I believe someone did that to my house and I want to retaliate by treating them in the same way. Looking for help by any means including PMs, skype, any VOIP services, etc. Long story short, some guy raged because my bro killed him in minecraft and as a result the internet at my place went down for nearly 2 hours.
