  • I read all these posts and im very shocked. People spend very very much money in this game, more for crossfire and not for expensive clothes, expensive restaurants or other luxury thinks "IPhone". So what Z8Games do is not fair, people who play this game longer than 7 years have to get respect. In the market are so many beautiful games, but he spend their leisure in Crossfire. I wish all a marry christmas. Z8Games think about that and please pull back the ban. I don´t know who he is but he is no lying I trust him. Bye.

    Something makes me think you weren't actually permanently banned and the "investigations" on your account are false. They're not doing their job properly.

    I have proof when you tell you they've looked into something aka "investigating" they're just making up answers.

    Hopefully they fix their support one day, you probably could have recovered your account if they actually helped.

    I would like to second this, honestly. One of my IGN's was [XiT]Light, and I mained that IGN, and alas that account has fallen out of my control as it's owner. (KeyloggedGG)
    I've submitted tickets and still have not gotten anywhere with this. I have since then accepted that they probably can't help me in this case, simply because of the way the support system is set up. I will have to wait untill a day comes in which I can get my account back through a better support system..and I'd encourage any other player that has lost an account due to unknown or unfair reasons to do the same. Create another account, rank up, have some fun, just hold on and don't give up. If you've been playing for 7 years then why would you stop if you enjoy the game? :D It isn't the end of the world, and it surely shouldn't be the reason you say goodbye to crossfire! :o
  • Please dont revive old posts that have been dead for two weeks or longer, guys. Any issues can be sent through support and rest assured they will be looked at properly, despite what people may believe. While you're entitled to your opinion within rules, and nothing was said here that was wrong, we prefer not to necropost. So I'm gonna close this for now.
