Yeah shouldn't count, which makes it interesting having done 20, unless you played way more than the disconnection games that you left, but I would just do another 10 games to be sure as CF logs might show you haven't done them later on! you have time still, as ticket reply can take a while, so best do more. -

Yea... I was thinking about doing another 10 but I'm tired so I wanted some kind of confirmation cause I totally lost count. -

Because if you read his post, he said he had to leave the game many times due to internet connection issues, 50% of his games he had left and the tracker showed he has done 20/20. So you can see why he wanted confirmation if leaving counted as he said 50% of his games he left, so if it still counted he could later on have issue with CF logs.. So it's best for him to send ticket before the day ends to get final confirmation from support, sometimes Tracker are not 100% reliable as we have seen past event!, October Horror showed complete, then next few days will show for example 10/20 etc in October Horror event we witnessed that.
However for this event, I haven't noticed any issues other than Sunday FFA, the tracker took longer than expected to update roughly about 5 or more hours to update.

because the tracker isn't the game logs. The tracker, with past events especially, has a tendency to get bugged and not track correctly. For example his concern was that the tracker might be counting the games he got disconnected from when clearly according to the Event Rules you need to be there when the Game Match ends for it to count. It would make a person extra mad to think they completed due to a faulty tracker so doing extra games is just insurance that they really did finish. Sending in a ticket is just to top everything off and make sure it's all right.
As for the tracker and this event i've had no problems personally. The tracker has been updating at the right times for me and has continued to show me as having completed the sections that i've done and counted while ingame as having done. But that's not to say others haven't experienced some kind of issue though I do believe a large portion of people who failed to complete a section simply missed one of the rules be it play for at least 1 minute, finish the match, get 1 kill etc etc. Would be interesting to see if those people had a screenie of the tracker showing them finished and another one of the tracker taken AFTER the other screenie which shows the tracker having pulled back some of the game count.

Please make sure you've met all requirements before starting/finishing a game and give the trackers at least 2 hours before sending in your tickets.
Rules for the game to count:
1.) Complete the full game
2.) Play at least 1 minute
3.) Room must have at least 3 players
4.) Have at least 1 kill
*Rewards will be distributed after the event is done during maintenance

Completed 25 games and only 19 counted. All games met the requirements -

All the games I did on my main counted while some of the games I did on my alt didn't.
I could careless about the EP we get from it, but my alt doesn't have the Sniper Week ribbon.
If I don't get it cause the tracker can't track properly.... -

I haven't received that 20K EP frow Halloween, 50K EP 2 weeks ago, the October Horror. Support Staff just copy and paste their answer and not helping.
