same happend to me
alreasy sent in a support ticketI completed the second daily too, but i didnt get 10.000 EP.
Yesterday it worked fine. Completed the daily and got the Points very quick.
Did you guys leveled on the first day of this event
Cause there was also an event till the 18th that you got 10k ep when you leveled -

How long do the tracker update?
Tracker updates every 2 hrs.
Just check in at 2 hr intervals.
12:00, 2:00, 4:00, 6:00.
I'm pretty sure that's how the update system works.
Since I have personally seen the tracker update dead on 2:00 PM and 2:00 AM as well as Noon.
Note; You should just mark down the amount of games you played for this particular event. Or hit the Exit button in Crossfire Lobby, it will give you a summary of all the games you have played that day (If only played for the event it could be used as a tracker).
Also keep in mind the Rules for the game to count:
Complete the full game
Play at least 1 minute
Room must have at least 3 players
Have at least 1 kill

I think what I wanted to say was if all the games you played that game was for example "FFA Sniper Only" it could be used as a tracker.
Just remember that it tracks all your games doe.
