Why you don't fix temporary Spop Elite until now ?
you say it will be fixed after new update but it still temp in my storage !!

We have discovered an issue with the permanent character which will be fixed next patch. So, for the time being, we have awarded all the winners with a temporary SPOP-Elite character to bridge the gap until then. No worries--you will still get the permanent character before your temporary one runs out.

Fixed an issue where the SPOP Elite (Perm) would cause Character items to not save correctly
Fixed a collision issue that allowed players to glitch under the map in the Map - Downtown
Fixed an issue that would cause players to be unable to Jump over the Central Plaza wall on the Map Eagle Eye
Fixed an issue that would cause players to automatically jump over the Central Plaza wall on the map Eagle Eye
Fixed a collision issue that would cause players to temporarily get stuck on the Central Plaza wall on the Map Eagle Eye
Fixed a collision issue on the Map Santoria
Fixed an issue that would cause the Laser Dagger to disappear if the Alternative attack was interrupted by a Viper Kick
Fixed an issue that would cause players to see the Viper Character's weapon Inventory UI on the Map Columbia

So ,as i can understand from here there is Perm Spop Elite in our version but i still have temp one , can any GM Confirm that , just wait more or it's bug ? -

From what I know the reason why you havent got the perm one but a temp one was because there were some issues with the perm one. The notes say a issue with the perm one (thats why they also specified "perm" aswell and not just "SPOP Elite") was fixed. I'd say wait more and you should get it the next patch at most. -
IIRC,almost all hacckers and kickers are from your country, right?ain't game secured enough . then rarely we'll find cheaters.

let's say 14 player instead of 10 players.
If they didn't try to cheat or kick through the current system then we wouldn't need to see this disabling of kick vote system. My time for the recent event of Event Points was 6 hours which would be 12-14 hours if your countrymen didn't kick me out in every single room. I think you should try to convince your countrymen in your language to change their thinking instead of changing the game.
Lastly,Why are you posting with an alt? just post it with your main account with which you made a great suggestion here. -
HI GM, you say about spop elite : This issue has been resolved, and all winners have now been awarded a permanent SPOP-Elite character.

Vote kick System
I understand that it would be fair to have no vote kick so that people are not kicked for no reason BUT the game is playable with the vote system in action and is not playable without it, we all know hackers love crossfire, probably the shooter with more hackers I know, it is impossible to stop them so what makes you think removing vote system can improve the game?
With vote system : Playable, getting ****ed cause people kick me for no reason (no problem get into a new game) might find one hacker once in a while no problem people kick 'em.
Without vote system: Extreme lag spikes from not only one but multiple hackers/glitchers (cause now no one can kick them) no fun, not worth the time playing a game I can't enjoy. Glitching was rare lately, now it is back full force.
So with the vote system I can get kicked unfairly but it probably happens once a day or once in a while, without it, I'm not getting kicked but I close the game after 2 games because I just can't have fun with extreme lag and hackers all over the place.
Altough a good suggestion in my opinion would be: bring back the vote system and limit it to 1 kick per game with no chance to exit and enter that same game (so if you leave the game you started and you already been killed or killed once you will no longer be able to exit and re-enter) this would be better than no vote system.
