I don't see why not, but previous entries had normal backgrounds; some took the pictures in their homes, some took it outside. Wasn't anything special.

Yes, it can be loosely related (for example, dressing as a mercenary), it doesn't need to be a specific character from CF. But, it can be if you want it to.

lol that reminds me of a few years back (Halloween of 2011 or 2012 I don't quite remember) we had a similar costume event and a female player costumed as Maiden won and people were like she only won because she showed a little "cleavage"

The old site had pic of that maiden costume as well.

EDIT: I think it was Halloween of 2011 since the winners received this ribbon as well

I honestly feel like i'd have to see some 2016 examples of our CF communities Halloween Costume Talents to get enough inspiration do one or two entries myself for this years event.

I don't want to waste an easy £50-100 on inks/costumes and then fail, lol.
