This is like im fine with someone doing bad things as long as i get profit while i dont care about people who lose from that.Whats wrong with people using hackers to boost their accounts ? theres nothing in the rules against it so..
They are pretty much the same as hackers and probably will hack too at one point. -
Just got to wait for a better GM with better staff that can deal with all these report's. seems like they just aint got the time working part time hours in the office. hence this is not manned over the weekend Meanwhile we just got to put up with it heh.

I just had to delete I don't know how many posts. Stop putting peoples IGN's on the forums and accusing them of this stuff. Tickets and report system, please. Do not post screenshots here, do not put their IGN's here, do not name a clan here, etc.As for the idea of ' a team of several trusted forum players to report hackers in RM and communicate with them on Skype or Discord.' This is not something we are currently planning to do.

Could you tell us what kind of alternative method for stopping hackers are you planning to implement? Current methods seem not to work, and I think people would like to play some ranked match games without fear of running into a hacker in most of their games. -

I personally think your team is somewhat less educated then other's, Admit it The GM team need more staff to deal with this hack situation that's currently happening "Especially in RM". take a good luck around for 5 mins and ask yourself this.Why are forumer's posting SS of said abuser ?
Your support is always closed or some error posting large replay files ect ect. We/us legit players are kinda fed up now with this situation being ill treated/forgot tossed in a bot bin and you hope we will forget about it. LAME.
Make a Team thats gives a monkeys on what the customer is asking. without us "Well" you wouldnt be working here and the game closed for good.
BTW this isnt a rant its common sence that really you guys need to wake up and do a hell of a lot more.

You could argue that there is a hacking report system for that purpose, but there are active hackers that need to be banned first, specially RM cheaters and they are the ones who should get banned first. Also the time it takes to ban 1 hacker is absurd.. -

We have a small team of active and trusted players. They are our [MOD]'s. We currently are not looking to create any other teams, but we appreciate that there are player willing to help. That being said, if these players wish to help, they need to submit hacking reports per usual, without creating threads like this, as these take even further time away that staff can be using for other projects (such as banning hackers). Also, considering players can't see things from the other side of the fence, you really don't have a full view of how much time it takes to ban '1 hacker'. Support is never 'closed'. If you send a ticket and support is not in the office, they will get that ticket the next time they are in the office. For file size issues, try zipping the file. Nobody is being ill treated or forgotten, and we don't have 'bots' to throw you to -
No offence or anything but the only active MOD I see is Jessy. If you have a concern about the MOD's activity level, please send a ticket and it will be reviewed. However please keep in mind that not all of our MODs are here just to face the public, and that not all of them do things you will immediately see the effects of, similar to GM's that you've never seen. -
I don't have a problem about how active a MOD is nor does it bother me but I'm just saying that there is only 1 in-game that's active, and 1 mod can't report all the cheaters in game thus why there are still some here and there. If there was a small group that reports them directly, like some of us suggested, then it would be much easier to clean out the game from cheaters and from the ones who are constantly playing RM, which cheaters completely ruined and gave a bad name during it's release.[GM]Kanadian wrote: »If you have a concern about the MOD's activity level, please send a ticket and it will be reviewed. Correct me if I'm wrong, but only 2 mods have a rank in ranked matches (they played atleast 10 matches).
I certainly recommend you (Z8) getting some help with all those reports. ASAP. 3 months for someone to get banned is too much. -

Yeah that's something I do not understand. What's with all the privacy/secrecy? You'd think that if you were to release certain types of numbers there would be a boost of morale, however since you don't it would only lead someone to believe that not many hackers actually get banned. Yeah you could argue your case, but would it really effect business if you gave us, even a little, insight into how many hackers get banned & how long it takes to ban one?
I get you guys are trying to interact with the community, but then you lot reply with "you don't really know what happens behinds the scene", "you don't have official statistics", "you do not know the facts". No we don't, obviously... Instead of getting treated like we're just naive children, you could tell us the facts. You may think, telling you won't change anything. That's pretty naive, i'm sure it would motivate people to report more. When people say "do reports even do anything?" You could say yes & here are the facts. You cannot argue with facts. Instead you say "you don't know, so just do it and hope for the best"... Do you realise how discouraging that is?
BTW by support is 'closed', I think he meant how they close your ticket after replying. -
What if they add one more tab at hacking report ticket where you can chose if it was ranked match or not. That will help the guys who review those reports and will also please us if they check them first and more frequently than usual. For real.. how many cheaters can you meet in ranked ? I meet atleast 7 aimboters each day at different hours and 1 or 2 of them are marshals.

Sry for puting this up but in another version of this game they made a wall of shame for thr RM cheaters and after that they made a video called "O choro e livre" crying it's for free, where some of those cheaters with vip acc's sended ticket's saying they where sry, and yet the acc's got banned. Go check it i tell me wath you think about it.

That one says to the MOD's to call FBI to check the computer. There is one with the same question xFaWziix made,why is he banned in game but not in forum?The answer was cuz he cheated in game not in the forum.And the best one says he has 8 VIP's and now wath? The answer was no acc and no VIP's

I don't know about others reports but in my reports i'm always clear. Full list of IGNs and kind of hacks...and also i don't report players who play good or i think that they hack...i report aimboters and 100% wallers who clearly see through walls...for such report you don't need more than 5 mins to ban them/him....the problem is that they ruin every second of the fun that we could have in the game...and for sure in the end they will take the prizes from ranked while we will stay out all...[GM]Kanadian wrote: »We have a small team of active and trusted players.
