I have some reports from months ago and theyr status is still blank, and the names from those reports arent the same no more. I guess that hammer someone talked about whas nothing more then the ballon one.
Name changes are not an escape. They'll still find them. And hacking report ticket status never change lol. Its always been like that, because they refuse to share what action was taken against the accused. -
So the "OPEN" OR "CLOSED" dosnt show up there?
I don't remember what the status shows as, but it doesn't change. I believe it stays as "open" the whole time, but again, its not supposed to change. Thats no bug, thats not neglect, its to "hide out" the action taken. -

Hm... I PLay crossfire since subagames... i started play crossfire in z8 games with other account and since that time shows up the option open and close while z8 are "checking" the issues...
but ok... crossfire on fire since ever -

OFC another option is to get another 8 friends and start all same time a ranked game - and if we have luck we play all on same room - no hackers around, but most of them hate ranked mode full with hackers so they prefer not to play-it ...

One of the "pro" ranked players, which i reported, ranked up from Lt. Colonel to 2-star general. That's how much it takes to review a report -

Hey Glitta. XD This is the exact reason why I/many others have stopped playing RM's. Hackers don't seem to get permanently banned on their accounts and computer IP's, so they keep playing on their accounts and computers. I have a good rank ATM (thanks to the loop holes) and I stopped playing for months now, but I wish to strengthen it, tho I should NOT dare too. Just try to get to TOP 100 and GOLD rank (shoudl be enough for top rewards) if you can and then stop clicking that mode before you make it worse again. GL! ^_^
