Hacking reports

GMs I have a serious question. What is going on with the hacking report system? Are some reports not reaching your end? or is the system bugged? Because I reported a player who was a staff sergeant and had pretty obvious cheats (really obvious but not saying what) from even before Ranked match season 2 came, but after the new ban announcement but today I seen him playing in one of my games which is ridiculous. So if there was some type of bug with your hack report system that we all should know about then please tell us.

Hackers do get banned. But only the hackers get banned, not legit players.
Not everyone who does 3 headshots in ~2 seconds from A to B door in black widow is a hacker. Some are just that good.
Ever played against the people of the MS-13 clan or some specific people from Parabellum? They are just that good, really.

And legit players won't get banned as Z8 surely has their methods to determine whether it is truly a hack in the replay or if the player is legit.

Are you sure it is the exact same ID and not just 2 people who name changed?
Also "obvious"? What is "obvious"? 7 headshots in 4 seconds? I can do that too. I can even do it in 3 seconds, all one taps.
Unless you mean something like STW or flying there isn't really something obvious.
Not everything that looks weird is a hack. This games hitreg is garbage while also being very lag sensitive. And I doubt that Z8 would let hackers run free. A bad PR will lead to people leaving which means less potential customers as the game loses its fun and that means less profit for Z8. There is just no logical reason for Z8 to ignore it.
So the only possibilities that come to my own humble mind are: Some kind of error in the system OR 2 people simply namechanged. You could also remember it wrong.
I perfectly remember 2 people that I reported ages ago for STW in egypt. They were both banned and I have never seen them since apart from some similiar looking names here and there.
So are you 100% perfectly certain that it is the exact same player?

I would also like to know if there are some issues in the system. Hackers from reports sent 5 months ago and 2 months ago are all casually playing.

I agree that those clans have (had) some sick players, but I can still see a difference between an amazingly skilled player who guessed your location, and a donkey who exactly knew where you were.

No problems as far as I'm aware, but if you see them again, save the replays and submit them again. simple.
