1. WCGS will Release from Beta Completely in August
2. WCGS Prize Pools are increase by 1500%
Starting in August 28th prize Pool will be increased to $1500
and divided accordingly between 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.
3. WCGS will also Provide Gaming Gear worth up to $500
Thanks to a friend of mine at Razer™
Gear will be Awarded to either 1st, 2nd and 3rd places
or Awarded for Misc Achievement per tournament
ex. Most Kills, Most Ace's, Best Sportsmanship, etc
.:Gear includes the following:.
Razer Kraken pro Headset
Razer FireFly MousePad
Razer Abyssus Mouse
Razer Anansi Keyboard
More News will be added Regarding Change of Rules, tourney Dates and other news
regarding Staff applications.

This is definitely a improvement that everyone wanted to see. I can't believe that this league is providing a bigger prize pool than Z8Games. It shows that the community is willing to step up to improve the competitive scene overall in CFNA. Even got sponsorship from Razer™! :eek:
I would like to give my hat off for you for doing this. I can't wait to see more!

So happy this is out, gives a chance for uk and na players chances to play for real $$. like $50 was cool but now $1500 + razer gear this tournament will be full, though will be annoying if alot of eu teams join... but idc we need some more competition in these servers anyways.

No, CF EU players have to stay on their version, just like we have to stay on ours, no double standards.
@ Mack, If this is all in NA servers it's completely unfair, however I'm sure no one wants to play 1 half
in UK server and 1 in NA as well. Why try and change things? correct me if i'm wrong but sounds like it. pm me if you prefer
unless it's going to be biased, the only way to do things is how you and EGL have been doing them, 1 event in NA, 1 in UK,
or 1 half in NA, 1 half in UK, but I'm pretty sure people prefer things how they are. -

Showing your true colours and proving you're selfish af. When did I mention CFS? We just want to compete as much as any other team do, in our own servers with our own competition. EGL and WCGS have provided that for NA and UK servers with separate tournaments, and now that WCGS will be getting a big prizepool it sounds like they're gunna start being bias. I'm only interested in Admin responses. -

I'm basically speaking for them, they don't care about you guys. You guys are just a waste of time, just use a vpn and play cf eu. The GM's obviously don't care about you guys which is why nothing is ever done in the uk. Especially things like the rixty events and or any Lans. Still can't believe you don't realize that no one cares. You guys are left to die, be happy that you have one tournament. -

That's why a lot of teams have quit in the past and even recently, but some people still enjoy playing and competing with their team so they continue to play. NA and UK have both been in the same situation recently, with the same tournaments and no prize pool. It's times like now where admins make decisions, it's up to WCGS admins to make a decision that's hopefully not bias and GMS to release stuff for both communities.
oh and btw, ESL can detect vpns, many players have tried that. they don't allow UK players in their competitions because we're unfortunately part of the NA version. -

but until beta leagues are done we r makin one league
i will not forget about uk league
I'll increase the prize pool for uk to $100 and see how it goes so NA will have $1400 (makes it easier to divide)
yet again idk what will go on but we will have updates
please provide us with ideas and any thoughts you may have

this is a joke, ur giving 94% of the prize to na? like i would understand like $1000 = na 500 = uk but 100 its a joke, i kmew it was to good to be true, like u say one tourment, fine make 1 tourment but make it halfs in uk and na then watch how mad all the na players get at that, then we will be back at square 1. i thought u guys were making this because u wanted the community to come together not be separated again, also ez to divide what dose that even mean like wtf. i guess u just wana look after ur own.

$100 is decent, better than no prizes for sure but considering we're getting 6.6% of total prize pool I can't say I'm not disappointed. I'm not sure what you mean by 1 league until beta was over, it was my understanding that we'd keep having WCGS NA and WCGS UK once per month until August? Unless if you meant an actual league and not separate cups.

lol this guy knows the only chance he has at beating decent na teams is if he plays both halves in the uk server -
You guys have to understand c4 is paying for the whole thing himself so it's his decision on which side he wants to give more $ to.
2nd it would be more fair if it was 1 half na 1 half uk yes but ultimately it is the admin's decisions.
It should be 2 separate tournaments and the prize pool imo
For UK - 500$
1st place - 350$
2nd place - 100$
3rd place - 50$
For NA - 1000$
1st place - 700$
2nd place - 200$
3rd place - 100$

my buddy at Razer hooked me up with the extra $1000
and not a bad list but yet again we have bigger plans right now and we will see how things pan out -
Nothing has been confirmed yet until we finalize some stuff. We are doing bigger things with ZZXQ behind the scenes and ZZXQ hopes to get UK involved for LANS but unfortunately that depends on the outcome of things. I can't fully touch on that part as ZZXQ can provide full insight on that. However ZZXQ suggested that there will be a best of 3 = 1 Na, 1 UK, 1 knife for choice. There will be a post by ZZXQ soon so stay tuned for more info!
None of us are bias and hope to make this as fair as possible but that is dependent on a lot of possibilities.
and i hope this is for uk aswell... It'll be a shame if its not
