I don't know how to overlay it as a texture I'm still learning photoshop but it's similar into this

I love the IDEA for a new skin, a Canadian Flag would be patriotically cool (especially for GM Kanadian) but WHY the bieber (haha)? I think without the beaver IMO, it would look more serious = better :P

I used GIMP for this.

edit: which is a free program with lots of stuff and is pretty easy to learn
