The big question about [CF] we all are wondering is "When Will Rival Factions Return?" . So I am posting this to ask all the [GM]s and [MOD]s when will Rival Factions return?? Pleast reply.

I think not! Global Risk = Protecting our freedom xDD
But I do think that the Rival Factions should have something new like a clan part. I mean we should have Rival Faction Clan Wars xD GR whole game or BL whole game both parts xDD -

Who says that Ghost is dead. Last time I recalled, bodies, not explosions or press conferences, confirmed actual death.
Until I see the body, I will strive on to promote Black List terror on the CF servers with Ghost as my unseen leader! -

Actually RF is a creation from us.
I know there is some frustration here, I can promise that it will return. It's just taking longer than expected.
Here's what happened, with a little flavor thrown in for good measure.[BL]Ghost Died! (or did he?)The TL : DR version:
Who has taken over Black List?
Black List forces attempted to crash our website in the late fall of last year (November). Global Risk was able to restore service to optimal operation however a lingering virus planted by someone on Black List has caused certain functions of the website to act differently than they are supposed to (Rival Factions).
[GR]Roid's team has been working hard on a few tasks that took a higher priority than this particular aspect of the website. However we fully expect Roid to be ready for action soon.
Meanwhile Black List has been thrown into chaos with the death of Ghost. Rumor has it that Dragon has taken over BL but his only successful mission was the disruption of the Global Risk network. Black List forces remain scattered and uncoordinated.
Rival Factions is coming back for sure. We've got some stories ready and some missions to work on. However we still need some time to get through the list of things our tech and web team is doing before we can get the functionality back up and running from the problems we had in the fall.
A side note about the RF Writing Contest from last year: We received 1000+ entries for this contest, going through them has been a real issue for us. Most of them were not legible, and the others had plot lines that really couldn't fit in (especially after the death of Ghost, which admittedly was an issue for us as far as timing goes with the writing contest).
We have a few stories here though that we reserved and deemed good enough to build in to missions. For the next season we will use those stories and be able to credit and award the appropriate people at that time.
I realize that this stuff was never announced officially, but this has mostly been the case for the last 3-4 months.
