Standard twitch overlays are 1920x1080p

banners i think have to be a 16:9 Ratio so practically 1920x1080p

Avatars are normally a 1:1 ratio so anything will do
for me i think i used 600x600 or 500x500

for Crossfire Forums i suggest 540ishx600ish whatever floats your boat really...

ill see if i can make something up too
