There is actually a order,or there was. At some point, ru didnt followed that order and it seems we wont follow it either now if this is truly the next VIP.
Btw I just noticed one of the perks is the kick that the Viper char has lmfaoo
The publishers are allowed to ask for certain VIPs over other VIPs. The reason why there was a some sort of order is because it was based on their release dates and at that time, there wasn't many other VIPs released. Now that more VIPs have been released, we got a more of a option to choose which VIP comes to our version. -

The funniest part of all this, is that Z8 didn't think well enough on what could have backfired with this joke.. LOL.. now many players are GP richer with regret (after selling all their GP weapons) all for... nothing, LOL.
Imagine if this was a prank on the 1st day and on the 2nd and 3rd as well. X'D All these HOPES probably for nothing would be even more of a killer. -

Yes, people not having a good account and with bad english or sense now probally got even more bad accounts because of this xD z8 indirecly downgraded noop accounts a bit more hahahahhahaha
