It says it pretty simply. Recharge 20,000 ZP and you get 10% zp bonus and a 7-day M4A1 Red Line...

If you recharge 20,001+ZP then you get 15% bonus and 7 day M4A1 Red Line and 7 Day Sterling-magnum....
