Natt sorry for the late reply but the price for $50CAD($50CAD = 43kzp) is still there for all Canadian Prepaid cards available here in Canada. It isn't fair at all
More sure its a bug because if they were decreasing it then they would of given early notice about it, but if its not a bug and they willingly decreased then problems are going to emerge from it. -

What does oil have to do with them changingit without notice tho. That makes no sense.
I don't get it either... Since the CAD value is crashing vs the US because of the oil prices and maybe they are more into American players than Canadians because US spends a lot more money than we(Canadians) do but here's a screenshot for you.

Can somebody tell me wich best prizes are in the 6th Anniversary Crates? Do I get the bonus multiple times if I buy ZP multiple times?

hello i bought yesterday 57k.
where are my crates?
Did you purchase the crates in one transaction or did you make multiple transactions to get the full 57k ZP? If you bought the 57k ZP in one transaction and haven't recieved the crates, submit a support ticket to the staff. They will review your transaction and deposit the crates into your account if they believe you are eligable for them. Please remember that they can be delayed sometimes i would recommend waiting 24 hours before submitting a support ticket. -

Please remember that the staff don't work in the offices over the weekend so you will have to wait until Monday for a reply. If you recieve your crates over the weekend, remember to delete your ticket as your issue would of been solved.

So it should be 1 transaction? I re read the post again and it doesnt say in one transaction, and I havent recieved mine either *Sob -

Well if you recharge ZP under 50,001zp, then you will recieve whatever is within that tier. For example, if you recharge 100k in 3 transactions, a 50k transaction and 2 25k transactions, then you will receive the extra bonus items for the 50k transaction, then the 25k transactions. To receive the crates, you must purchase 50,001zp - 100,000zp in one transaction.
