    Not gonna call out anyone here, but recently I've been playing some bothering clans. Before my team played them I doubted we would win, but I thought we should just play these competitive teams for fun and experience. After they started trouncing us, and the whole time they were yelling at us "urbad" "pssh more competition plz" "lolusuck". Doesn't bother me that much, its just that considering when your team doesn't say anything in general chat, and the other team just insults you like that... Well its kind of a putdown. Don't mean to sound like a sad noob but seriously, respect who you play no matter how good they may be. People will lose all respect for your clan if they are bullying you, and its so immature. Ive played several clans like this who definitely had more skill then us, but their manners were atrocious. Feedback appreciated.

    sounds like them paradox members.

    but when i was in enabled[alt acount] and u guys talk alot of sheet on vent. and call every clan blatent hackers or somthing..

    Rofl I was just thinking that. He's so funny in scrims, especially in vent when he's mad xD
  • but if you think about it the average age of the cf population is 15 your gonna get the immature kids like i won't name any names (enemy). who think they should QQ or try and be as disrespectful as they can. try playing teams that are in leagues you shouldn't have a problem with them.
  • i agree with you man. although ive been more fortunate. the only clans that ive really heard alot of trash trash talking in during a scrim was syntax and Klan Kaos. most other clans are very respectful. my advice, just play with good clans and you should get respectful players. this isnt always the case, syntax and klan kaos are bothh very good and trash talk all match. just be respectful in all your matchs and your clan do the same. you should get respect back unless the other clan is a bunch of immature scrubs (not skill wise scrubs btw)
  • When we scrimmed you you guys were the ones to talk trash in general chat. Everytime we would kill someone, "HACK", "Saving Replay"....blah blah blah. Try using some tatics. Oh and btw, we never said anythign disrespectful to you or to your players, before or after you started to QQ. I think that before you embarrass yourself posting on the forums about how ppl should respect others, you and your clannies need to take a look in a mirror.
  • ive never QQ'd in a scrim. i have no problem with people being better. i cant speak for the rest of my clan. but for the most part only 2 clans really flamed us (that is if your refering to me amd please specify what clan your with)
  • ignore them brah, let these noob talk trashes
  • No i wasnt referring to you, was reffering to Enabled. I was also referring to the leader of Enabled. He (Enabled Leader) was the biggest QQ'er and trash talker in the game. Maybe he should lead by example.
  • suprisingly i can add adr to this list, i expected more respect for them, guess not, QQ the whole scirm.

    P.S. GM saidin is my dad archy.

    cool to know that, but if you dont remember clearly... I left the clan.
    =)
  • Oh baby. If you talk trash you gotta back it up or else it will look embarassing. You targetting us? cause i know we talked tons of trash to your clan.
  • Bad scrim etiquette in crossfire? WOW since when?
  • It's quite true. When I was leader in EnabLEd and I wasn't playing with my team I noticed so many of the members QQ'ed or at the least RQ'ed. But over all it was embarrassing. I don't know if they are still like this but I can believe that they QQ.

    1. you obviously didnt read my post

    2. you were the one QQing

    3. this isnt what we are talking about
  • You know why people say "usuck" or "baddie"? Because they have too much pride. Against some pro clan, they can't say anything because they're losing. But against some clan they can beat, they have nothing to lose. So every time someone says "urbadd" or something, they have lost their pride. From right then on, they're running on a bunch of bullsh.it by being disrespectful. They think since this is only a game, they have the right to say anything they want. They don't know that even in a game when you're disrespectful, you make the same impression you would in life. GG

    stop your QQ or keep it in vent.

    ============================================
    pre-fire in counter-strike
    generally occurs when one player is aorund a corner or behind a barrier, and either sees, hears, or notices a player from the opposite team on radar, moving towards their position. To gain the advantage, THE PLAYER WILL BEGIN FIRING BEFORE THE OPPOSITE PLAYER IS again IN THEIR SIGHTS (in the assumption that if that opposite player were to keep their same course, they would run into the 'promy', or prefire).
    t: turn off ur h4xx, u must be walling
    ct: uhhmm noo? i heard you and you ran into my 'promy'
    =============================================
    So it's just a game, right? Let's see, basketball is a game. But I don't think we get that contentious in the streets. Wouldn't want some idiot to bust a cap. Politicians think the war in Iraq is a game at times. I think we call the activities we play in Vegas games too (I'm thinking card games).

    So skilled people think trash talking is ok, because they have the skills to back it up. It's also ok for the WWII Japs to r4pe at the time because.. well they had the guns at the time, and they'll die in the end anyways. It's ok to mash the faces of people you beat into the mud because hey, you just won!

    In US Law, you are innocent until proven guilty. In the human mind, you are guilty until proven innocent. You don't get respect until you GIVE it first. Most people are nice because they think of what might happen in the future. NOT because "it's the right thing to do".

    Guess I'm in the minority. lol =P

    ==EDIT==
    Oh I have some more ideas since they will die anyways! Lets stick dynamite sticks into their v4ginas! Let's cut off the b4lls of men and watch them run! Lets have this german shepard pull a half buried man's intestines to the left!

    To those who think just because it's a game, it's OK to disrespect. I reserve my deepest levels of contempt for you. I may not express it openly like before, when I was responsible for a clan. But when you disrespect and I notice it, I'll remember.

    Everyone in this thread got owned by your post. Good job!
  • Heh, I've also noticed that D, when I scrimmed with some of our boys (oh... and girls aswell ) , there is lots of "put down" by the clans that are comparatively good. I won't name any clans, but just today there was a clan, even before the match started, who told us "We will make you cry". In the end we won, not by much, but we did. What was that for? Trying to show off? You made us laugh after we beat you, basically allowing us to stomp on your pride (which we definitely wouldn't have done, or couldnt, if you haven't mentioned that).

    1. Although this might be a game, repect the other clan, its a game meant to be fun. not everyone starts of to be Pro, and skill comes with time (unless you have seriously bad inet connection/computer...)
    2. For those people who lose and call the other clan/player "hack ... hack!"... etc... Learn to be a good loser, you can't always win. 99% of the time you lose its likely to be a fair playing clan/player who just got more skill that you/your clan did at that match. I've played FPS games for over 7 years, and I've only seen 4 actual hackers in 2 months time, which is rather low (back in CS 1.4-1.6 there were way more in the public servers).
    3. pudgypaws, awesome definition you pulled out there :)
