to make a long story short here:
1: you do not give us any information on how your tests are going for the people who missed their fever bar marks.
2: 6 days have passed since the event, yet you have not yet managed to solve all of your problems.
How hard can it be? I am pretty reasonable if things arent working out too well, but at least I want to know what the ... is happening. I want my crates as soon as possible, and you dont deliver. I know these are free crates, but actually for me they are not as I had to spend 130k zp to get mine. So I can complain right now. It really sucks how this happens oftenly, get your act together please. -
Really? It's been 6 days now, this is getting ridiculous. And still no news on whats happen ing expect for "your are under going test's" can we at least get a update on the situation? Because it still seems like many people Did Not receive the reward not to mention I wrote a ticket on Saturday been waiting for a reply since and still nothing, im starting to think this event was a big waste of my time.

We applied a fix for those players that were missing marks for the fever bar or daily mission assignments.
All players eligible for extra rewards will receive them by logging into the game.

I still do not have my crates, while I should have the 50 mark crates. -

Same here lul,got 61 should have 63,sent a support ticked,no reply,its closed,chcked yesterday and today,but got nothing,got kukri on 60 days ,played prine time event,so my fever bar was on F3,but didnt got he marks,they said sent a support ticked,it will be handled on money 1 week later they came up with BS stuff,that didnt gave me my marks and crates,instead of checking my longs,as they promisr,got nothing,give me my crates or do somehing Gm pls,check my logs,i did mission and everythig,but still got nothing. -
Still havent received rewards
yeah I still haven't received anything, I wrote another ticket you guys could look at my logs itll clearly show I completed the daily missing and fevers bars on the days on Friday and Saturday. yeah this is starting to get annoying. I should have reveled them over a week ago when the event ended. -
Same here guys .. i've asked them to check the logs from Friday and Sunday i've been all night playing and still they said i wont receive more marks.How its possible i've got 61 + 2 days w/o any prize its 64 i am qualify for the prizes but nothing happens..
