but i want to know something is they know about this bug i read the whole thread and replies and i didn't see any GM response or any tell us what we do or if they trying to solve this issue or no
so i want to know is they solving it or all our grate are gone and we will never get it?

They are aware of the problem and start handing out marks/rewards today (because they dont work on the weekends)
So just like with most things z8 organises, we just gotta wait a bit longer. -
Yeah me neither. Maybe they have differend callender days. So with monday they actually mean wednesday. Just add 2 days to everything they say and you will be fine.20:30 gmt time (15:30 edt) and still no 63 mark crates from event

Я им неделю назад написал жалобу на 2 багеров, реплей приложил - так до сих пор стоит статус Open. Не у одного меня такая проблема с марками, у меня по идее должно быть 64, но вместо этого всего 60, потому что 2 раза день не сбросился и 2 раза не засчиталась миссия (как раз когда давали кукри) В итоге я просто пиздец как растроен, потому что весь месяц выполнял ежедневки, а в некоторые дни они были очень и очень не приятными для меня и ради чего? чтоб меня вот так кинули с последними капсулами? Честно разачарован, верней некая обида есть.You need create support ticket.
У меня 71 балл был, всё пришло, даже золотых капсул ещё раз 7 штук начислили. Так что советую тебе создать тикет в саппорте. -

btw i made a ticket Saturday if a gm see's this could you please look at my ticket. -
Update regarding rewards missing rewards and marks
We fixed so far an issues where some of you didn't get rewards for example for 63 Marks. Just log into the game and you should find your rewards in the inventory.
For the missing marks for Fever Bar and Daily mission, we are currently testing a fix. As soon those tests are completed, we will let you know.
