Unless you're not of the legal age to get a job, which means that you shouldn't be playing CF due to the ESRB rating anyways, then you shouldn't have a problem saving up money, even if it's just a few dollars here and there. -

First... It's your laptop C4, do it however you want with it.
My Opinion... Sell it and do more ZP giveaways.
Trying to find someone truly worthy or deserving, or even needy via the forums would be a mistake. For example, I know a guy who's been playing for 5 years and has well over 2,000 posts. Many of those posts are pointless spam, but most have purpose... some of it rude and mean and some where he is truly helpful and encouraging. SO... depending on which posts you sample you might think he's either a jerk or a saint. Fact is, if you don't really know the guy then you're just playing darts blindfolded. Besides that, the point has already been made about the potential pitfalls of non US transit. A few hundred bucks might not seem like much to many of us, but to some dude in Egypt or someplace like that, that's way more than he can come up with. -
