Can't log in on the site

My friend (he asked me for help since he can't log in here) can't log in on the site but has no problems with logging to play. I submitted a ticket on his behalf but get negative response - his username has'nt been found in the database (maybe that's the deal). I am perfectly sure it wasnt a typo and I am perfectly sure that he is unable to log in to the site only and game runs pretty well. Can you help me (and him) what we can do?

Hey! That's actually not a hugely common problem, but if you have your friend message support and tell us which account they are talking about, we will do our utmost to assist them.

In account administration, and please say that you can log into the game, but not the website

The thing is, i am sure that the login ID is correct and thus I think my friend can't log in because of the error in the database (and thats why they cant find his ID in the database). Can you help us?

Hrm. That is unfortunate. Is it your friend submitting the ticket, since it's their account? It has to be your friend - we don't accept tickets from people who aren't the owner of an account.

If possible, have your friend submit the ticket, and please PM me the ticket number, so that I can have a look.

hmm , I think day his friend needs to make new acc to communicate with the support as he said his friend acc cant login

@up Certainly, but he will not be able to play on new acc, since we are living in EU (but we played before EU existed). Basically thats why we're fighting for that acc, he wanted to get ZP. That's not a big deal since he can log in to the game, but still it's some kind of inconvenience. New acc will only be helpful with contacting with support

oh , I think that he must contact with cf support as (GM)chaosta said ,
Hmm , but he can't login the website. So he need to make a new acc and contact wz the support and provide them with the ign and some info to prove to them that he is the real owner . After they help him , he could forget the new acc
Anyway , its my opinion only.
