[esl] rule changes!

Again, as other people have said, it's not a new idea that leagues run tiered divisions. I'm not sure where the "sketchy" part comes into play here. Both leagues would have eventually gone through with this idea regardless of other organizations doing the same thing.

Did you read anything Zzxq or polleus posted? We wanted to do it. I pushed for ESG or ESL to do it but with so few teams it wouldn't be very good turn out. Of course you DONT know until you try.

@Rizen I don't see where the hostility is coming from. I have always wanted to do a split league. We just had management changes in ESL that happened that now allow me to have more say this year for how CF NA league structure is ran this year. I want the owner of SPL to help which is more than generous. I think you look at as us stealing an idea, but in reality its something we have wanted all along. We just need a certain number of teams for it to be viable. ESL isn't some big corporation that doesn't care about Crossfire. I have been in this game since January 2009 and I am still here, so obviously I care about the whole community. I've been in pub clans, competitive teams the whole nine yards. Im just here to do what I can for competition in Crossfire, so there is no need for you to show any disrespect towards me.
EDIT: Also im not trying to "take players" I just know with ESL supporting those teams they can earn better prizes and in the end thats good for our community. I would love SPL to hop on board and be a part of helping run the open side of ESL once it gets in full swing. -

Let me tell you something you guys obviously saw that Spleague got many clans to sign up so you guys were like oh wow the guy tried to get clans and it actually work i think it's our turn to make this too nuh-uh it doesn't work like that that's litteraly stealing someone else's work ..
i call this str8 stealing nothing else like Purv said you guys should of tried but none of you did and when someone else tried you come and steal his player-base saddddd really sad .

Kyle (ESL) isn't trying to steal his player-base. Also, Kyle hasn't said he's doing it yet. He just alluded to the possibility of doing something like it in the future. Do you understand? It's just talk right now. He hasn't launched anything. -

Even if Zz started up a Pro/Open tier division next week, it wouldn't effect SPL. SPL is made for pubclans to be able to compete and grow into the competitive scene. The Pro/Open tier will still have quite a few solidified teams in it, as a pro league would only have 4-8 teams MAX in its rotation. If you knew this, I doubt you would have had any hostility towards Polleus or Zz -

Tbh you should come on board and help integrate Open into ESL. Hate to see someone dedicated to helping events just leave. -
