I'm also still waiting for my crates.. Hopefully I got them when I get home from work.
Otherwise it's time for a support ticket, they are already 4 days too late.

Please tell us if we all gonna take the crates of royal dragon axe... pleaase we are 5 days on waiting about "if we gonna take the crates or not!!!" please give them!

Got my crates and win nothing. Anyway, I have a question.
Will I still be ,able to spin crates if I get all 100 coupons or do i have to exchange it first? (I have 94 coupons as of now)

once you reach 100 coupon, you won't be able to spin any crate. You have to have less than 100 coupon to be able to spin.

I sent a ticket on Saturday, then I received the crates yesterday so I replied to the ticket telling them I received the crates and requesting that they disregard/close the ticket, and the ticket was answered and closed some time this morning.
