here is the explication :
you just have to wait until tommorow , after event finish you have to wait 48 hours , for exeample .... you finish the event with 4 and 8 hours you got today 5 crater for 4 hours + 5 crater more for other 4 hours , and if the event with 12 hours ended yesterday , yesterday and until now is only 24 hours so exactly wait until tomorrow when they do 48 hours

So I live in Est same time zone as z8...
Last night at 22:00 the counter was 10 hours and 46 minutes... I played for 2 last hour NON STOP that means I should be at 12 hours and 30 or so minutes... now I sent a support ticket and there telling me I only have 10 hours and 46 minutes... basically telling me the last 2 hour are not accounted for... just shows you how INCOMPETENT these support people are... and how screwed the tracker is... also the tracker did not count 5-6hours of western map that I played on 22nd and 23rd... this is pathetic. -
this GM is too smart make it play for a total 12h to win axe crates but you need 25h play time to won axe royal dragon crates only a few lucky ppl will win this crates

i think what he try to say is: You need to open crates for 25 hours -

I think what you both are trying to say is: You need to have at least 25 hour's to get the Combat Axe - RD crates.
Which is false, it said you need to play on both of the two new maps for at least 12 hours to get the Combat RD crates. -

"From September 18 → September 24th, The longer that you are in the new maps (actually playing, sitting in the lobby won't count) the more prizes you will win. Please note that only playing games in Red Eye TD or Western EM will count for this event.
Play for 1 hour and win a Black Muzzle Flame (1 day)
Play for 2 hours and win a Rainbow Muzzle Flame (3 days)
Play for 4 hours and win 5 KTR-08 RT crates
Play for 8 hours and win 5 MG3 Crates
Play for a total of 12 hours and win 10 Combat Axe - Royal Dragon Crates"
It says to play in Red Eye TD OR Western em, "OR". So u didnt need to play both maps for 12 hours but at least one of theme for 12h or 6 hour of TD and 6 hour of EM
or 5 hours and 7 hours , anyways u ve understood what i mean. So i expect to receive crates 'cause i played 17 hours and 5 minutes on Red eye TD ruining my K/D rateo furthermore because of hackers. Anyways to prevent any misunderstanding i made a video before the end of the event for safety, who proofs my played hours
They can't invent excuses this time. -

Again z8games, i send you a ticket in last 26 setember and still no aswer me, where is the 10 crates ace royal dragon ? good joob again! i play this for 4 years and YOU no have consideration for all players in "Endurance" time.. my clan mate had the same problem, and in event all have problems whit deliveries prices...get a new professionals for do joob! -

Thats not true... Some people already got crates and some have won the Axe... Like 1 of my 3 accounts... I got the crates on one of my 3 accounts and Won the axe in 1st crate!!!!
