I bought crates and won the dual kriss super v too but i didnt got my zp back just got the same Automatic answer from the support now for 6 days:

I wanna thank Z8 for that 10% back! I spent 40k on the dual SMG crates, didn't win anything. However, with the 4k I got back, I ended up winning the DSR-1 rusty on the last of four crates! Thank you for helping me fulfil my goal for the past two years!

what is next? Dual m12s camo adv at GP crates?
REMOVE THESE CRATES
REMOVE THE KRISS SUPER V RED CRYSTAL FROM FP
REMOVE KRIS (knive) FROM ZM REWARDS
ADD A MAX LEVEL FOR M12S (after that level you will not be able to use it anymore)
SOLVE THE HACKING PROBLEM
and finaly MAKE KICK VOTING HARDER!! 11-12 votes need to be kicked BUT ONLY AFTER SOLVING THE HACKIN PROBLEM so we will be able to kick the hackers now, but not the noobs to kick the pros later

This will balance the game and it will atract more people
