I would highly doubt Smilegate would have any say in what ESG does with their league.
As much as I would love to see our best players go to international, we would be sending a bad message to those who play. What would be the point of banning people then? Because of that logic, kids these days have no fear of cheating because they know that they will go unseen or unpunished.
The only way I could see Carbon going to CFS S3 is if Smilegate West wanted to give Carbon a chance to go. In order to do that Smilegate West would have to take away ESG privileges of hosting the CFS Qualifiers. -
Carbon is banned from ESG. ESG is hosting the finals. Carbon cannot play in ESG. Carbon cannot play in the finals. Carbon cannot go to CFStars this year.
Seems simple now doesn't it?
Crossfire has only two major league / tournaments in our version, NESL and ESG. This is how an admin from ESG is going to talk to the head admin of NESL? What a lack of respect. You definitely don't deserve to be in the position you're in.

Why do people consider Carbon the best when they resorted to ghosting to be the best? And last time Carbon played in a major event they lost to either !nstinct or Ace Gaming right? Although I do agree they are one of the best, and could have been the #1 team if they did not get caught, they still cheated and deserve to be banned. Xsl you are way wrong on this.
I don't really care though either way, Crossfire is boring af. CSGO is way more fun. -

They won't unban them. They are in full support of the decision that was made. That's how it was made in the first place. We both agreed on the proper course of action. You can all discuss as much as you like, it's not getting reversed. They cheated. They got caught. They serve out the standard ban just like any other cheater.

Dude, you're on a forums loaded with morons. They won't be able to understand that ghosting has nothing to do with the ac. -
okay they got caught cheating, and they have been punished long enough imo. but do you think any team in cfna can beat them? because i sure 2 hell do not. cfstars goal is to bring the best crossfire teams from each version together to compete to c whose the best. They are clearly the best in our version.
They are no longer the best. With out there cheats, They can't be the best. CFNA should have open try outs across the board and the top players should get to move on to CN. A new team will have a better chance and put trust back in CFNA. Carbon will always be known as CHEATERS to the rest of the world. -

By definition, if you're banned from our league then you're banned from using our anti-cheat. You were caught cheating. Regardless of what you were doing to cheat (even without altering the anti-cheat), cheating is cheating. -

He's saying that ghosting had nothing to do with the anticheat. Apparently that's too complicated for your pea brain to handle.
And being banned from a league completely also has nothing to do with being banned solely from the anti cheat... -

A ban from ESG is a ban from the anti-cheat system as well. There ban was from ESG and international competition for one year, because they cheated. They won't play in this years CF Stars, but can try again next year.
