i´m not pro and i´m not a shame to tell so SFUcome on man, e start this game this year and only start play 4 moths ago

Trololololo, are you ok? You don't need to be pro if you use m12. Even if you play just week or less you should be better.
Tactic for m12:
put your crosshair on target > hold LMB > after your target died move crosshair on someone else > hold LMB
end of story
