M4CC is weaker.
Even so, there's not much point to getting a M4-Crystal since the M4-CC is free and you only need 20 ribbons to get it. If someone's in it for the power, then by all means, get the M4-Crystal. Anyways, it's just my personal opinion.

Spop, weapons, zp for everyone, etc..
But if you do Zp surveys, like moi, then it is.

tbh, im nt sure...cz where is the norm interface then...?cz it doesnt have a "spin again" option on the wheel, even though he has 8 crates left...and doesnt say what type of crates he is trying either... -
