They don't run Windows XP in the office, and not everyone gets this error.

Surely you see that they can't possibly use every possible hardware and software combination to make sure the game runs for everyone?
The testing alone would take months, we'd get a patch once a year.

Hello everyone,

We have received a new build from the developers and are currently testing. The initial results is that it will fix the C_ErrorCode: 14001 problem.

We will be applying this new patch tonight at 10pm with the hopes it corrects the problem.

I am only home a couple days a week and when im home i like to play CF for my rest and now there is a game error that wouldnt allow me to play it anymore im really bummed out please fix it ASAP !!

My Son is also having this error issue but mine is working just fine. I patched mine before the servers came back up and it has no issues He patched his after school when they were back up and I have uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times even did a restore and he still get's the error.
