i been on server status and they are all live and have been all day so no work is being done on this i guessing. as they would be down if trying to fix it

why would they shut down servers for the people who can play when only specific group of people can't play? They can work on a fix with servers running and shut them down when they are ready to apply fix.

windows versions make trouble.
all what we can do is to wait till its fixed.
you personally cant do anything.

OMG I found it go just install the microsoft visual c++ 2012...
SEE the version of the windows [x32 or 86] or x64 i tried it and it worked

Install whatever update Windows Update offers you. Fixed it for _ME_, not necessarily EVERYONE.

Updating Windows fixed it for me, that's all I know.
It might not work for everyone else.

Files that I have given here helped other users to Windows 7, I recommend the use of the head and not the google translator. And you do not have to use these files.
