100k zp on that crate and all that happened was I seen it but never win it just like on gambler machines all to tempt you to put more money in for the hope you will win, I know my limits and 100k on any new gun is MORE than enough.

Maybe try attracting your players with more than zp buying stuff , maybe once in a while , give people some zp crates ? Maybe once in a while , make a damn event which allows people to experience the zp crates and win one of the damn guns ? GREED GREED AND MORE F****NG GREED ! The main purpose of a game is fun , if you get your money ,WHY DON'T YOU LET YOUR PLAYERS HAVE THEIR FUN ?

But that was the bad staff about the game the negative staff so
Let's say the good staff that i do fiend new friends and did have fun with my friends even with out them i still having fun playing that game but not with hacker inside the game i remember when i start playing the game was 2009 and there wasn't a hacker there and was so fun but now after like 2 or 3 years from 2009 i can tell u this first of all let's bring 1234 staff i enjoy in 2009 :-
1-i enjoy playing the game so much and was fun
2-i did know alot of friends even near me in my country and out side
3-there was no hacker
4-was every 2weeks was event an a nice one and was fun so fun and when u done from the even they gave u 7 days special gun from the zp guns in black market or else and also there was every 2 months there is new guns 1 gun gp and one gun zp and u can chose whatever u go for but always was the zp is the best D and it was awesome no lag good servers every thing that is why 2009 they get the best game in the all world i think is 2009 D
Now let's go for 2014 results:-
1-i don't enjoy the game u ask why cus of hackers and maintenance all the time and problems all the time with the server or the login screen D
2- i still have my old friends but i tell u this and i kid u not that is hard now to make friends from that game why u will ask why i know cus ppl start to be agrasev and negative and mean and every thing u talk to one of them and u feel that u talk to ur enemy lol and yah just to let u know my enemy will never talk to me like that way D
3-there is hacker every where at lest one hacker bear one game
4-events all what u have is to collect the crossfire words and u get the 30 day weapon lol and the badges is taking for ever.
Uptop all of this this game is made to take all the ppl money by any way they can

Wow. My inner grammar nazi struggled with that one ^_^. But I do get what you say- The value (quality compared to price) of Crossfire has decreased. I started in 2009 as well. Yeah there were hackers, but people seemed to do a better job of kicking them out. Not sure about the lag- a lot of the time that has to do strictly with people's internet speed. But yeah, things were pretty good back then....Maybe once in a while , make a damn event which allows people to experience the zp crates and win one of the damn guns ? GREED GREED AND MORE F****NG GREED !
That's a great suggestion- giving people who can't or don't want to spend money more opportunities to enjoy some special weapons- or even a free couple spins for a ZP gun. -

Not only do you not deliver on a necessary major security update, but on top of that, you literally try to steal our money. I'll call you what I would call anyone trying to rip me off- JACKASS.
By the way, who is the customer service rep. for Z8? I'm not talking about the Mods- their job is to run the website (which they do poorly I might add) game, and money transfers. There must be a customer service rep for the actual company. If they ever decide to do their job and see how satisfied their clients are, heres what I have to say. IM NOT HAPPY. You're acting like a bunch of ****ing Jews (sorry for any actual Jews who might take offense). -
