Between May 15 - May 19 EDT, for every 10 Flare Crates that you purchase, receive 1 extra crate!
To celebrate the release of the M4A1 Phoenix, you can receive 1 extra Flare Crate for every 10 Flare crates that you purchase!
There is no limit to the number of bonus crates that you can receive!
**Event Details**
Only from May 15 - May 19 EDT
Purchase 10 Flare Crates, receive 1 extra Flare Crate.
Purchase 20 Flare Crates, receive 2 extra Flare Crates.
Purchase 50 Flare Crates, receive 5 extra Flare Crates.
We will begin delivering the Bonus Flare Crates on May 20.
**Update 2014-05-21**
The prizes have now been delivered!
Please note that there is a visual error on the prizes, where in your Black Market Unopened Crates, it only shows '1 Flare Crate'.
We have tested this crate, and you can open this '1 Crate' multiple times. If you purchased 50 Flare Crates, you will be able to open the bonus crates 5 times. Please note that we have the proper lists of the number of bonus crates each player should have received.
Please keep track of the number of crates that you have opened, and if you feel that you did not receive the proper amount, please submit a support ticket, and we will be more than happy to look into the issue for you.

I've already voice my opinion on this in other threads, but I'll say it again here for the benefit of the people who will read this specific thread.

Not only do you not deliver on a necessary major security update, but on top of that, you literally try to steal our money. I'll call you what I would call anyone trying to rip me off- JACKASS.
By the way, who is the customer service rep. for Z8? I'm not talking about the Mods- their job is to run the website (which they do poorly I might add) game, and money transfers. There must be a customer service rep for the actual company. If they ever decide to do their job and see how satisfied their clients are, heres what I have to say. IM NOT HAPPY. You're acting like a bunch of ****ing Jews (sorry for any actual Jews who might take offense). -

They banned me for it. I still 100% agree with you though and will never not put in my 2 cents for how useless they are.

I am so annoyed right now finally got in game and played 1 hacker free game and out of the other 15 I joined there were at least 3 hackers per team this is such crap. I like the new map but what use is it if we can not play it because of these speed hackers and aim bots. Is there going to be a mini update to fix this hacking issue maybe update the hack tool because it is unreal how bad the hacks have gotten.I have Been a Loyal and non Hacking player for over 5 years and yes I spend my hard earned money on this game so I get annoyed when I can not enjoy it because of hackers.

excuse me, i have a problem .. when i finished the new update i got an error in crossfire.exe file and i deleted the game and i downloaded it again and i got the same problem, Its happened before on last update but it's fixed after 3days normally -_- I called alot of my friends and it's workin with them, expect those guys who has Windows XP SP3 it's workin on WIN7 & XPSP2 hope any gm replay meh ... thanks

This unfortunately is exactly how most of us feel.Z8 have nothing to be proud of with this latest update because it has totally missed the point of what is needed to make this game playable and fun again.Forget the reskins and sort out the hacking problem.How many times you gotta hear this Z8? -

If he has paid money on that account and hes not doing any thing rong really all hes doing is makeing a point now i'm not saying that he needs to say this but he has a good point we pay for zp in hopeing to get a gun and winn we dont we lost all the zp So that is why he is mad
